Shipping

• Digital items will NOT be shipped to you. They will be delivered electronically. Once payment has been processed and approved, an email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout with a link to access and download files, including further instructions on how to import them onto your device.

For all other items...

Shipping Price

• Shipping prices are calculated at checkout. 

Processing Time

• It will vary, but generally it takes 2-5 business days to fulfill an order.

Estimated Shipping Times

• Items are shipped through USPS & estimated delivery dates are given at checkout. Once your package is given to USPS, the USPS is responsible for shipping and delivering your item(s) safely to you. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

• Digital Items: Due to the nature of digital items, and the inability to return them, returns, exchanges, and/or cancellations will not be accepted.

For all other items...

• Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have already been shipped to you. However, if there is an issue with your order, or you have any questions, please reach out. 
• Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. 
• Cancellations will not be accepted once an item has shipped.
